    The Team

    The Craneware Group is seeking a seasoned customer and people leader to lead and manage the execution of customer plans aligned to organizational strategy and revenue goals. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of protect, expand, and grow strategies across assigned customer portfolios, while leading and developing a high performing team.

    This leader will serve as a critical bridge between customers and internal stakeholders, driving cross-functional collaboration, proactive customer engagement, and consistent execution of strategic plans across Revenue Integrity and 340B domains.

    You Will Be

    • Providing functional, day-to-day leadership and resource management for an assigned team, ensuring effective coaching, development, and performance support.
    • Making decisions regarding hiring, onboarding, goal-setting, task assignment, and workload management for direct reports.
    • Fostering a culture of accountability, professional growth, and customer-focused execution.
    • Establishing oversight of team KPIs to ensure consistent service levels, operational excellence, and alignment to organizational goals.
    • Leading the execution of customer plans as defined by internal stakeholders to support maintenance, expansion, and growth revenue objectives.
    • Driving Protect, Expand, and Grow strategies, with a strong emphasis on identifying and supporting cross-sell opportunities.
    • Monitoring and guiding the team in the development, execution, and ongoing refinement of customer strategic plans.
    • Serving as the primary point of contact for intermediate-level customer escalations, leading mitigation and resolution planning to prevent further escalation and dissatisfaction.
    • Acting as a key liaison with Customer Partnership teams to ensure strong, multi-level engagement and visibility into customer and employee experiences.
    • Establishing and manage an internal, cross-departmental Subject Matter Expert (SME) program to support customer outcomes and internal alignment.
    • Serving as sponsor or senior stakeholder for the implementation and adoption of required tools, tool kits, and operational frameworks.
    • In collaboration with the Vice President, create and sustain strong inter-organizational alignment, collaboration, and communication across departments.

    You Will Bring

    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in hospital and pharmacy IT environments, including:

    • At least 3 years of direct 340B Program involvement

    • Demonstrated Revenue Integrity experience

    • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including direct management, coaching, and development responsibilities.

    • Strong working knowledge of the healthcare or hospital environment, with deep expertise in the 340B Program and Revenue Integrity.

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Information Management, Healthcare Information, Computing, Mathematics, Statistics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) certification, or ability to obtain certification within one year of hire.

    • Strong independent approach to work with excellent problem-solving, communication, and change-management skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive, professional relationships with customers, leaders, and cross-functional partners.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
