    Description

    As a Strategic Planning Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and driving Honeywell''s strategic planning initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, conducting market research and analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.

    You will report directly to our Sr Director of Strategy and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

    In this role, you will impact will include a pivotal role in an organization, responsible for overseeing and guiding the strategic planning processes. Their impact is substantial and spans various critical areas, contributing to the organization''s growth, profitability, and long-term success.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and create compelling presentations
    • In-depth knowledge of market research methodologies and strategic planning frameworks to identify growth opportunities and guide decision-making
    • Experience in monitoring industry trends and competitive landscape to provide actionable insights
