Strategic Planning Consultant

Job Title: Remote Strategic Planning Consultant
Hourly Pay: $42 - $48/hour

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Planning Consultant to help clients develop and execute long-term business strategies. You will partner with organizations to create clear, data-driven plans that drive growth, improve performance, and support key decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to assess business needs, current strategies, and performance
• Develop strategic plans that align with business goals and support long-term success

• Advise on market entry, product development, and expansion strategies

• Conduct market, industry, and competitor analysis to inform decision-making
• Guide implementation of strategic plans across departments and functions
• Identify KPIs to evaluate the success of initiatives and adjust strategies as needed

• Support change management efforts during strategy rollouts

• Provide ongoing consultation and facilitate strategy workshops with executive teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)

• 4+ years of experience in strategic planning or management consulting

• Proficient in strategic frameworks, market research, and data analysis

• Strong communication and facilitation skills with experience guiding senior leadership

• Proven ability to develop and implement actionable strategic plans
