Standard Job Description
Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Strategic Planner Senior Staff to join our Enterprise Strategy team in Littleton, CO! This position supports Long Range Planning (LRP), Strategic Planning Conference (SPC), Strategic Forecast Model (SFM), Generational Investments, and other strategic enterprise initiatives within Lockheed Martin Space. This position will be responsible for leading high-visibility, strategic-level engagements for Lockheed Martin Space''s Enterprise Strategy team, directly supporting our Corporate Headquarters partners. This role will help drive strategic initiatives, corporate strategic planning cycle workstreams, and ad hoc projects in partnership with Lockheed Martin Corporate Headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
Annual Strategic Planning Cycle - Lead annual corporate strategic planning cycle engagements, partnering with Lockheed Martin Space central and business leadership to support LRP, SPC, SFM, and Generational Investments processes.
Project Management & Execution - Lead cross‑functional project teams (engineering, business development, finance, supply chain, legal, etc.) to drive strategic iniatives supporting both Lockheed Martin Corporate Headquaters and Lockheed Martin Space partners
Stakeholder Communication - Prepare executive decks and senior leader presentations that clearly articulate strategic insights, implications, and project milestones to broad stakeholder audiences.
Strategic Insight & Continuous Improvement - Analyze portfolio strategies to identify technology and capability gaps at the Business Area (BA) level. - Stay current on emerging technologies, market trends, and regulatory developments that could affect Lockheed Martin Space.
