    Strategic Partnerships Manager, Miami

Location/Schedule: Field-based in Miami and Miami Beach, with regular on-property presence. Includes property walks, launches, and occasional high-priority events outside standard business hours.

*** is building a new form of autonomous mobility, designed around the rider from the ground up. As we expand our presence in Miami, the experience of arriving at and departing from the city s hotels, resorts, residences, and destinations will be as important as the ride itself. We want to arrive elegant, invited, and in genuine partnership with the properties that define Miami and Miami Beach.

This role owns the property-partnership ground game. You will build trusted relationships across Miami and Miami Beach, secure the permissions and agreements that allow *** to serve private properties, and help determine where and how we pick up and drop off riders. You will become a familiar, credible face for *** the reliable, accountable person property leaders and operating teams know they can call.

This is a highly external role combining business development, partnership management, and physical operations. You will own a portfolio of relationships from initial outreach through agreement, launch, and ongoing performance.

You will build the relationships and operating foundation that make those opportunities possible, co-develop strategic partnerships, and own the local relationship, diligence, operating design, activation, and long-term partner health that make those partnerships real.

This contract position sits within the GTM & Commercialization group, specifically nested inside Business Development and Strategic Partnerships.

    What you ll do

    • Build and own the property network. Develop trusted relationships with hotel and resort general managers, owners, asset managers, residential and building operators, and leaders across operations, valet, security, transportation, concierge, guest experience, engineering, and marketing. Be *** s primary point of contact on the ground responsive, credible, and known by name.

    • Secure property access. Source, structure, negotiate, and close the permissions and agreements that allow *** to operate on private property, including driveways, porte-coche res, designated pickup and drop-off areas, staging locations, and staff procedures. For public streets or curbs, coordinate with Policy, Legal, Operations, and the appropriate public authority.

    • Design and secure PUDO. Conduct on-site assessments and operating walks with property teams to identify the safest, most intuitive, and most elegant pickup and drop-off locations. Translate traffic flow, porte-coche re operations, vehicle dimensions, security procedures, event activity, pedestrian movement, and ingress and egress into clear requirements for *** Operations, Product, Mapping, Safety, and Engineering.

    • Develop strategic partnerships. Identify relationships with the potential to become official or preferred partnerships, including preferential space, wayfinding, brand presence, guest communications, and co-marketing. Bring these opportunities forward and co-develop them with the larger team.

    • Own activation and partner health. Translate agreements into launch plans, operating procedures, staff communications, signage, and escalation paths. Monitor performance, gather feedback, resolve issues quickly, and identify opportunities to deepen or expand each relationship.

    • Represent *** across the hospitality community. Show up with the polish, warmth, judgment, discretion, and responsiveness expected by the properties and communities we serve. Represent *** at properties, industry events, and within the broader Miami hospitality and tourism ecosystem.

    • Connect the field to ***. Bring partner requirements, operating constraints, competitive activity, and market intelligence back to internal teams. Ensure internal stakeholders have the context needed to make sound decisions and fulfill partner commitments.

    • Build a repeatable playbook. Maintain a disciplined pipeline and property map, track agreements and readiness, and create repeatable tools and processes that can scale as *** expands across Miami and into future markets.
