Your Mission:
In this position, you will be responsible for the retention, relationship expansion, revenue growth, and overall satisfaction of existing and new Paymentus strategic partnerships with Major Digital Wallet Providers, Merchant Processors, and Acquirers. You will be the principal and accountable point-of-contact for select strategic partners both internally and externally, supporting day-to-day partnership needs, ensuring deal deliverables and financial commitments are satisfied, managing partnership project plan/roadmap across functional disciplines, responding to time-sensitive inquiries and issues, leading partner communications (including Quarterly Business Reviews), and making critical financial and operational decisions, with the input of the Acquirer Management & Strategic Partner Leadership Team.
This role will also own interchange optimization and cost management initiatives tied to supported partners, including reviewing merchant payment data from multiple card processors and developing and maintaining processes to analyze payment data, monitor payment costs, perform interchange analysis, and identify payment issues and solutions. You will manage proactive communication, action plans, and timelines to align with card brand rules, regulatory requirements, and savings opportunities across select Merchant Acquirer relationships.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. and may vary based on the time zone of the clients supported. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel requirement is up to 35%, however, may be greater or less than during certain periods of the year
