    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor"s degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the health care, consumer electronics, auto, OEMs, telecom, e-commerce/retail, apps, ads, gaming, or technology industries.
    • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
    • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, or equivalent).

    • Deep understanding of healthcare trends, data security standards (e.g., HIPAA/GDPR), and the digital health landscape.

    • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to mid-level and executive management both internally and externally.

    • Proven track record of executing complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholder groups with minimal guidance.

    Google"s line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google"s partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google"s newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

    Our team supports Google Health and Fitbit across product, research, and commercial partnerships. We believe health data shouldn't live in silos; instead, we partner with the world"s leading fitness apps, clinical institutions, and medical record networks to bring a user's complete health story into one secure place. By establishing first-of-a-kind brand collaborations and commercial distribution pathways, we place our hardware and services where wellness-minded consumers are already active. Through deep, bi-directional integrations across wearables and clinical platforms, we provide the foundational data layer enabling personalized, evidence-based guidance.

    The boundaries of this space are not yet written, and we are energized by the daily issues of figuring out the models that will define the future of consumer health. Internally, we operate with high operational autonomy, direct communication, and a shared responsibility for executing complex frameworks.

    Responsibilities

    • Own and manage end-to-end partnership pipelines, from partner onboarding to activation and long-term management.

    • Build and maintain relationship plans for healthcare accounts, identifying growth opportunities and pitching integration pathways.

    • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to align partnership goals with internal roadmaps and healthcare regulatory standards.

    • Assess and identify bottlenecks in partner operations, recommending meaningful process enhancements to improve pipeline velocity and partner satisfaction.

    • Define, track, and report on partnership Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Research and synthesize healthcare industry intelligence to communicate insights that inform product strategy.
