Role Summary
The Operations Manager owns the
execution and optimization of daily operations. You focus on documenting workflows, implementing systems, coordinating projects, and ensuring teams execute consistently against established priorities. This position will evolve into COO/CEO role for the right candidate.
Core Responsibilities
- Map existing workflows and identify operational gaps
- Design, document, and maintain SOPs across all core functions
- Organize operational documentation and systems for accessibility and consistency
- Translate leadership direction into project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional execution to move initiatives forward
- Track operational KPIs and surface improvement opportunities
- Ensure follow-through on tasks, projects, and priorities
- Support implementation of new services, pricing, and internal processes
Success in the First 90 Days
- Fully documented SOPs for key operational flows

Ideal Background
- Operations management experience (healthcare or multi-location a plus)
