As a Strategic Negotiator and Portfolio Manager, you will work with the land acquisition team and cross-functional project teams to ensure that owned land assets complete all required pre-data center construction development activities to meet requirements of the asset supply plan Of record (APOR) for data center capacity delivery. This includes delivering sites at the time, cost, capacity, and with the characteristics as required, ensuring the ability to construct reliable, scalable, cost-effective data center capacity.
