About the Role
The Strategic Marketing Associate will report to the Deputy Head of Global Marketing. They will provide support for all Full Discretion and Structured Finance Platforms; assisting with processes, project management and data gathering & analysis.
About the Team
Strategic Marketing serves as a connection point between portfolio management, marketing and the various channels through which Loomis products are distributed. Strategic Marketing Associates collaborate with other marketing individuals on product planning and development, product positioning and messaging, competitive analysis, as well as interfacing closely with our product teams and the marketing organization concerning a wide range of data reporting and analysis.
Job Responsibilities
Help support the Full Discretion and Structured Finance strategic marketing teams with data analysis requests, legal review, marketing communications, product planning and other marketing initiatives both internally and in partnership with Natixis
Will assist with adhoc requests in relation to above platforms utilizing a strong eVestment, Morningstar background
Generate customized responses and reports for Institutional sales channels
Serve as a resource working with members of the Full Discretion and Structured Finance Strategic Marketing teams on a wide variety of portfolio data reporting, analysis, and quality control. Portfolio data of this nature is utilized in a variety of contexts, including RFPs, RFIs, presentations, consultant databases, and in response to many ad hoc inquiries
Work with Strategic Marketing Analysts and Marketing Information to evaluate and manage customized presentation requests
Collaborate with the Global Communications & Marketing Information groups to perform quality control and review of marketing collateral
Actively participate in the preparation of quarter-end deliverables
Work effectively with internal and external constituents
Liaise with Loomis legal department to ensure compliance with standard and customized data and marketing materials
Provide timely information as needed for both Loomis Sayles and Natixis
Support the production of product and distribution plans
Act as a resource to the Full Discretion and Structured Finance Strategic Marketing team on product planning - strategy definition, positioning, and distribution opportunities
Assist in the development of competitive intelligence and other value-added investment analysis to support sales process with a focus on Full Discretion and Structured Finance capabilities
Provide Full Discretion and Structured Finance custom competitive analysis regularly for opportunities for the investment team and distribution
Actionable intelligence at the broad market, product, and sales-specific opportunity level
Provide support to Full Discretion and Structured Finance Strategic Marketing Teams with Sales, Consultant Relations, and Client Service requests
Have strong communication (both oral and written) and organization skills, as well as the ability to manage tight deadlines
Ability to grow into a role where they would feel comfortable and establish effective communication relationships with all levels of the organization.
Ability to effectively organize and prioritize equity requests as needed

The position follows a hybrid schedule with two days work from home and three days work from office.
Loomis Sayles is committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 USD. Your starting salary will be based on your experience, skills, qualifications and local benchmarking. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award, which is based on individual and company performance.
