We are seeking a Strategic Management Consultant to join our team in the Washington, DC Navy Yard area. The ideal candidate will:

The ideal candidate will lead Team Ships culture development and assessment, develop curriculum and deliver training, support command climate surveys and analyze results, support command and leadership off-sites, debrief leadership, and support and advise the Employee Engagement Committee.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Master''s degree in management, business, or organizational strategy.
  • 5 years of strategic consulting provided within the federal government or DOD environment at the senior level.
  • Strong proficiency in speaking and writing in English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Candidate must hold an active SECRET clearance.

Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience::

  • 10 years of strategic consulting provided within the federal government or DOD environment at the senior level.
