    How You Will Make An Impact

    • Develop and execute the partnership strategy supporting growth of the data center business.
    • Build and expand strategic alliances with leading technology companies and ecosystem partners.
    • Lead joint development initiatives, reference-design programs, product-roadmap alignment, and joint go-to-market strategies.
    • Identify, evaluate, structure, and commercialize new partnership-driven business and revenue models.
    • Establish executive steering committees, co-innovation forums, and strategic collaboration models with hyperscale and colocation data center operators.
    • Translate emerging high-density computing requirements into opportunities for new infrastructure, thermal-management, controls, and sustainability solutions.
    • Strengthen relationships with industry consortiums and standards organizations focused on data center efficiency, sustainability, energy consumption, water usage, and decarbonization.
    • Partner across engineering, product management, commercial, sales, finance, and technology organizations to move strategic concepts into commercially viable offerings.
    • Establish measurable partnership objectives and drive accountability against growth and business-development goals.

    Do You Have the Expertise to Lead in Data Center Strategic Partnerships?

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline required; MBA preferred.
    • Strong engineering foundation with direct exposure to data center or high-tech infrastructure design.
    • Extensive experience in business development, strategic alliances, corporate strategy, ecosystem partnerships, or related leadership roles.
    • Demonstrated success structuring, negotiating, and managing complex partnerships, joint-development arrangements, strategic alliances, MoUs, and go-to-market programs.
    • Strong understanding of the data center ecosystem, including hyperscale operators, colocation providers, technology vendors, and infrastructure partners.
    • Ability to engage technically with customers and partners around next-generation data center architectures and high-density computing requirements.
    • Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience evaluating new business models and revenue opportunities.
    • Knowledge of HVAC, thermal management, fluid-energy systems, controls, or related infrastructure technologies is highly valuable.
    • Experience with PLC controls, onsite power generation, or backup power distribution is advantageous.
    • Understanding of data center sustainability and efficiency concepts, including PUE, WUE, energy efficiency, and decarbonization, is highly desirable.
    • Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-influence skills.
    • Ability to operate effectively across technical, commercial, and executive audiences.
    • Highly analytical, commercially creative, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a rapidly evolving mission-critical market.
