    Our Client

    Our client is a technology and services company dedicated to reducing barriers to care by improving the delivery of non-emergency medical transportation to people across America. Our client employs proprietary technology, paired with a nationwide network of vetted transportation providers. This enables payers and health systems to deliver cost-effective, on-demand transportation intelligently, enhancing the patient experience in the process. They serve the largest Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and provider programs in the country.

    About the Role

    As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering long-term client relationships, driving data-driven discussions, and identifying growth opportunities within our embedded account base. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring a seamless experience while coordinating operational goals, performance measures, and contract implementations. This role directly supports our client’s mission by strengthening payer partnerships and improving access to care through high-quality transportation solutions.


    Key Responsibilities 
    • Serve as the primary client liaison and strategic thought partner for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships
    • Lead data-driven conversations with clients to enhance membership services and overall performance
    • Identify and drive expansion opportunities within the embedded account base in partnership with Sales
    • Lead expansion implementations in coordination with Strategic Accounts leadership
    • Partner with Operations to define, implement, and monitor performance measures and operational goals
    • Proactively identify, address, and resolve operational and account-related issues
    • Provide performance insights and growth recommendations to internal leadership
    • Support contract management, including renewals and new agreements, ensuring alignment with operational feasibility
    • Facilitate contract implementation, training, and compliance requirements
    • Lead development of operational procedures and project management initiatives tied to client contracts


    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within healthcare - facilities, plans, payers, or health tech
    • Experience managing accounts with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) of $500K or greater
    • Experience building territories with new services
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive insights
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build consensus across teams
    • Strong organizational and project management skills

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in consulting or solutions architecture
    • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms
    • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments - startups and/or scaleups preferred
