This role is pivotal in shaping long-term customer relationships, orchestrating Siemens' broad portfolio of automation, electrification, and digitalization solutions, and ensuring Siemens is positioned as a trusted partner in the customer's transformation journey. The team is chartered to develop and drive sales, establish customer preference, and win specifications for both Commercial Aerospace programs and Defense-related initiatives. This requires close collaboration with our Federal Team to ensure alignment on strategy, leverage cross-functional expertise, and maximize our impact across the broader Aerospace & Defense market. This role is part of the United States region of Digital Industries (DI) Sales, reports to the Director of Aerospace & Defense, and will provide the opportunity to lead the customer through this exciting Digital Transformation phase. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned Aerospace & Defense accounts, aligning with customer business objectives and industry challenges. Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives, program heads, engineering leaders, and IT/OT decision-makers across multiple accounts. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market trends within the Aerospace & Defense sector. Coordinate Siemens resources and technical experts across divisions to deliver integrated solutions. Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and integrators for successful project execution. Guide account governance, strategic planning, and portfolio positioning to ensure measurable value creation. Represent Siemens as a thought leader in industry associations and forums. Meet sales revenue and strategic targets for assigned segments/accounts. Provide feedback to Siemens' strategy and portfolio teams to strengthen competitiveness.
