Job Title: Strategic Account Leader - Applied Industrial Technologies

The Impact You'll Make

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Leader to lead the strategic relationship with Applied Industrial Technologies (AIT). This role will develop and execute a joint business plan that accelerates aftermarket growth and expands market share. This position builds a strong sales pipeline by identifying conversion opportunities, driving pricing discipline, and coordinating key product initiatives across all AIT locations. This role will also partner, train and motivate a team of Account Managers (AMs). This is an onsite position in Plymouth, MN, the salary is 120-130K based on experience and industry knowledge.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the strategic relationship with Applied Industrial Technologies (AIT), developing and executing a joint business plan that accelerates aftermarket growth and expands market share; build a strong sales pipeline by identifying conversion opportunities, driving pricing discipline, and coordinating key product initiatives across all AIT locations; partner, train and motivate a team of Account Managers (AMs), Inside Technical Support, and Sales Specialists to ensure consistent national execution and local follow-through; conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to measure performance, review strategic initiatives, and align future actions; develop senior-level relationships within AIT, positioning Danfoss as the preferred partner for hydraulic and motion solutions; act as the voice of the customer, ensuring internal alignment across product, pricing, logistics, marketing, and technical functions; lead communication and coordination between regional sales and AIT's corporate teams to align programs, inventory, and go-to-market activities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 5 years experience in the Hydraulic Fluid Power Industry including managing large National Strategic Accounts
• 5 years experience in a global highly matrix manufacturing organization, working in a multi-language environment
• 3 years experience with Industrial Hydraulic products, orbital motors, and fluid conveyance
