    Local Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) | Truck Driver | Home Daily

    Full-Time – Monday through Friday

    First Shift – Start Time Between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM (based on business needs)

    NEW HIGHER STARTING RATE!
    $27.45 per hour + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

    BSP Trans Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our growing transportation team. If you're looking for a local driving job with no overnight travel, steady Monday-Friday hours, competitive pay, and excellent benefits, we'd love to hear from you.
     
    What you will do on a typical day:
    • Safely operate a company vehicle while following DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards.
    • Complete local freight pickups and deliveries throughout the surrounding area.
    • Deliver to both commercial and residential customers.
    • Load, unload, and move freight safely.
    • Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, and delivery status.
    • Provide outstanding customer service during every delivery.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum of one year of verifiable straight truck driving experience.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
    • Successful completion of a county-level background check.
    • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move freight weighing 75+ lbs.
    • Strong communication skills and dependable attendance.
