Straight Truck Driver

Pay Range: $17.75
JOB SUMMARY
The Straight Truck Driver will transport material to and from Goodwill locations using straight trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Transport loads to and from designated locations in a timely fashion
Load and unload trucks at assigned locations
Ensure trucks are kept clean and safe at all times
Maintain records, logs and inspection reports
Drive with courtesy to others and positively represent Goodwill to the public
Safely and efficiently operate Forklift as required
Responsible for supervising Dock Workers when they accompany driver on route
Comply with all Department of Transportation guidelines and Goodwill policies & procedures
Meet or exceed the attendance expectations for this position
Actively maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of employees, customers, and participants
Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience driving straight truck preferred
Driver's License required
Must be insurable

Forklift certification
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Must have knowledge of metropolitan area streets and locations.
Maintain a good driving record that meets our Insurance Company's Guidelines.
