Description
Specific Job Functions:
Work with chemicals.
Responsible for removal of garbage.
Sweep and mop floors.
Clean BIO'S in kitchen and back of the house areas.
Maintain working knowledge and general cleaning of dish machine, and de-liming process.
Operate buffer and vacuum machines.
Must be able to use a ladder and or step stool.
Clean walls, ceilings, hoods, light, and vent covers.
Clean elevator.
Dismantle and clean stoves, ovens, grills, broilers, and steamers on a daily basis
Work as a kitchen worker when needed.
Clean all stainless steel tables and shelves.
Drain and refill deep fryer tanks if needed.
Perform other job related duties as requested.
Pushing and carrying up to 50 pounds
Qualifications:
At least one year experience as a kitchen worker required.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Excellent organizational skills a must
Must be detail oriented
Must be able to be exposed to hot water, cleaning chemicals and kitchen detergents
