In this role, you will contribute to a variety of stormwater management and land development projects, including Act 167 planning, post-construction stormwater management, NPDES permitting, erosion and sediment control, and floodplain analysis. What You BringWe are looking for someone who combines solid stormwater design experience with attention to detail, practical problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited program.Five or more years of relevant civil engineering, stormwater, drainage, or water resources experience.Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred.Experience with stormwater and hydraulic modeling software such as HydroCAD, HEC-RAS, SWMM, or similar programs.Working knowledge of Pennsylvania stormwater regulations, NPDES permitting, and municipal approval processes preferred.Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate project documentation.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Sound judgment, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
