The opportunity
This is a commission-forward, field-based sales role focused on residential roofing and exterior restoration after storms. You’ll meet homeowners, complete inspections, explain the insurance process, and guide them from first conversation to signed agreement. No two days look the same—and the earnings potential is real. We’re hiring 3–5 consultants.
- Year-one reps who complete training and work the process consistently average around $100K
- Top 25% earn $200K+

What the work actually looks like
- Proactive outreach: frequent door-to-door introductions (mostly cold) where “no” is common before the “yes.”
- Hands-on inspections: climbing ladders and roofs in summer heat and early spring cold.
- Storm surge weeks: expect evening and some Saturday work right after major weather events.
- Field autonomy: some days include 100+ miles of driving and 6+ hours working independently.
