Location: Mojave, CA

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Staffmark is hiring a Storeroom Attendant in Mojave, CA. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, receiving and storing materials, unloading deliveries, and supporting daily warehouse and storeroom operations.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of relevant warehouse, inventory, or storeroom experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service.
• Experience using computers, business software, and data entry systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties

• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities
• Unload trucks and organize inventory
• Issue products and supplies to customers
• Operate a sit-down forklift and pallet jack safely
• Enter and track inventory information using a computer
• Maintain a clean and organized storeroom

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Storeroom Attendant.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

What You Will Do

As a Storeroom Attendant you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

The Storeroom Attendant supports warehouse productivity through accurate inventory handling, order fulfillment, and material movement. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.

A successful Storeroom Attendant understands receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control while maintaining safe work practices and consistent productivity. Dependable performance contributes directly to operational success.
