    Job Type: Full-Time / Contract Position

    Work Schedule: Rotating shifts based on delivery, receiving, storage, inventory, and meal-production requirements. Work may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency feeding operations within the dining facility’s normal operating coverage.

    Place of Performance

    NCO Academy Dining Facility, Building 6056Schofield Barracks, Hawaii

    Period of Performance

    Operations are anticipated to begin on December 1, 2026, following a phase-in period during November 2026. The contract may continue for up to five years, subject to contract award, task orders, and continued Government requirements.

    Summary

    The Storekeeper or Rations Clerk will receive, inspect, store, issue, and account for food, beverages, supplies, and other dining facility materials.

    Requirements

    • Previous warehouse, inventory, receiving, food-storage, or supply experience preferred
    • Knowledge of inventory-control and stock-rotation procedures
    • Ability to inspect deliveries and maintain accurate records
    • Knowledge of refrigerated, frozen, and dry-storage requirements
    • Ability to lift, move, and organize food cases and supplies
    • Basic computer and recordkeeping skills
    • Ability to operate authorized material-handling equipment
    • Ability to obtain required installation access
    • Must be available for delivery schedules, weekends, and emergency operations

    Duties

    • Receive food, beverages, supplies, and materials
    • Verify quantities against delivery and ordering documents
    • Inspect products for quality, temperature, damage, contamination, and expiration
    • Report or reject unacceptable products
    • Store refrigerated, frozen, and dry goods correctly
    • Label, date, rotate, and organize stock
    • Use first-in, first-out inventory procedures
    • Issue food and supplies to authorized dining facility personnel
    • Conduct required inventories and stock counts
    • Maintain receiving, issuing, shortage, and inventory records
    • Assist with food orders and ration requirements
    • Maintain clean and orderly storage areas
    • Monitor storage temperatures and equipment
    • Report shortages, overages, damaged products, and equipment problems
    • Protect Government-owned food and supplies from loss or misuse
