Title: Storekeeper - Nightshift 

Night Shift position. 11 days on / 3 days off (every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)

Shift Hours: 7:00PM - 7:00AM

Payrate: $20 - $23/hr + $3/hr Night Shift Differential

 

We are looking for a Shipping Coordinator - Night Shift located in Odessa, TX.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate domestic shipments of ESP equipment, including pumps, motors, protectors, cable, VSDs, transformers, and associated accessories
  • Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, export documents, and carrier paperwork
  • Schedule freight pickups and deliveries with approved transportation providers
  • Ensure all shipments comply with company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable transportation regulations
  • Receive incoming materials and verify quantities, condition, and documentation against purchase orders and packing slips
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory transactions within ERP and inventory management systems
  • Collaborate with warehouse personnel to ensure proper packaging, labeling, handling, and storage of ESP equipment
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances, freight claims, damaged goods, and delivery issues
  • Maintain organized shipping, receiving, and inventory records
  • Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to internal stakeholders and customers as required
  • Coordinate urgent field service and customer support shipments to meet operational timelines
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on logistic efficiency, inventory control, and cost reduction
  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company policies in all shipping and warehouse activities

 

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • 1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination
  • Ability to drive a forklift
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask through multiple computer programs
  • Strong proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve shipping and inventory issues
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals
  • Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively
