Becoming a Team Leader at Wild Fork, you will be supporting the store leadership by overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, monitoring the team''s performance and ensuring the store objectives are met. As second in command, you will foster collaboration within the team and bring innovative strategies to increase productivity. Qualifications:
Employed in current position for at least six months.
Written confirmation of acceptable(>/3 = meets expectations) 360 evaluation signed by the applicant's Manager and completed no more than 12 months prior to date of transfer application.
Candidates should maintain a consistent level of performance and should have no active corrective actions. This includes but is not limited to attendance issues, policy violations etc.
Successfully pass any specific screening processes required for the position of interest, including but not limited to skills assessments, interviewsand Development Committee.
Previous retail supervisory experience preferred, but not required
Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
Demonstrated ability to meet and work within a budget
Work as part of a team and take initiative independent of the Senior Leader
Systems capabilities:
SAP
Order Management Systems
Microsoft Office
Work with integrity as a TEAM toward a shared vision

Strong cognitive skills, including problem analyzing
Ability to meet seasonal peaks, workloads, and deadlines
The availability to work a flex schedule, working various hours and shifts, including early mornings, evenings and, weekends/holidays.
