Paul’s Beauty Warehouse is looking for a dependable, motivated Store Supervisor who enjoys providing great customer service and supporting a team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in the

We’re looking for a positive, team-oriented leader who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, is eager to learn, and can help keep daily store operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Store Manager with daily operations and decision-making
- Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service
- Supervise and support team members, including in the manager’s absence
- Assist customers with product questions and recommend solutions
- Promote specials and sales, and suggest additional products when appropriate
- Help maintain company standards and a positive team environment
- Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, proactive, and flexible with scheduling
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A team-first attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Natural leadership qualities and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask while paying attention to detail
- Previous retail, customer service, or supervisory experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management & merchandising a plus
