Oversees the operation of the center stores on a day-to-day basis; supervises and trains employees; responsible for the management, sales, merchandising, pricing, and inventory levels; resolves or assists in the resolving of employee disciplinary issues; supervises, monitors, and evaluates the above operations to comply with federal and state statutes and confirms that operations are performed within The Salvation Army's policies and procedures.
Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED and ten years of experience in retail sales and/or merchandising or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of Store Supervisor.
Certifications and Licenses
Valid Driver License
