Job Title: Store Operations Specialist
Location: Columbus, OH 43230
Duration: 3 Months
Job Type: Temporary Assignment
Work Type: Onsite


Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Manage project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinate event logistics and vendor partnership for store grand openings.
  • Track event budgets and expenses.
  • Communicate project updates, meeting recaps, and key milestones with partners.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and cross functional teams.
  • Support associate engagement programs and pilot consumer store events.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 2-3 years of event planning and meeting planning.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams and with external partners.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel.
  • Ability to travel as needed for events.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
