Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Store Office team to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence

  • Onboard, train, coach, and develop Store Office Associates

  • Conduct performance discussions, provide ongoing feedback, and support employee development and career growth

  • Create and manage employee schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels and business coverage

  • Foster a positive, engaged, and customer-focused team culture

  • Serve as a role model for company values, professionalism, and customer service standards

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure accurate processing of sales orders, payments, gift certificates, special orders, credits, refunds, voids, financing transactions, and deliveries
  • Oversee cash-handling procedures, including cash reconciliation, deposit preparation, and safe security
  • Monitor and audit daily office transactions, reports, deposits, and closing procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Review and resolve operational issues while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
  • Partner with Sales Managers and store leadership to support store performance and customer satisfaction goals

Customer Experience

  • Resolve escalated customer concerns related to deliveries, service issues, order status, refunds, financing, and other office-related matters
  • Provide timely and professional communication to customers, vendors, and internal partners
  • Ensure every customer interaction reflects Jordans commitment to delivering an extraordinary experience

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of leadership experience

  • Previous supervisory, leadership, or team management experience preferred

  • 3-5 years of retail, customer service, office administration, or related experience

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop employees

  • Strong customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proficient computer and phone system skills with the ability to learn new systems and applications

  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range: $56,000 -$70,000 per year

We share our pay range because transparency matters. This reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role based on experience and performance.
