Jimmy John's Urgent Hiring: Immediate Opening for a Highly Skilled Store Manager

You’ll develop valuable skills in resource management, customer service, and team leadership while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee everyday supervision of store operations with attention to detail
• Manage resources including stock, staff, and sales to maximize productivity
• Recruit, train, and appraise staff to build a motivated team
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints effectively
• Maintain compliance with safety and health regulations
• Prepare promotional displays and liaise with management
• Support staff advancement and manage benefits and salaries
• Open and close the store, with opportunities for scaling pay based on performance
• Attend certified training after 6 months (travel required for training week)

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Confidence, resourcefulness, and organizational skills
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork abilities
• Numerical skills and problem-solving aptitude
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and a great role model for the team
• Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts including weekends
• On-site availability required
