As a highly motivated Store Manager, you will lead with compassion, support your team, and create memorable guest experiences while developing valuable management skills in a fast-paced food & beverage environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Manage cash handling, balancing, and deposits accurately
• Oversee product ordering, inventory control, and team performance
• Conduct Team Alley Rallies to boost morale and align employees with company goals
• Resolve guest concerns promptly with a friendly, solution-oriented approach
• Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and operational standards

What You Bring to the Table

• Preferably 3+ years in hospitality and 1+ year in a management role
Additional Details
• Full-time position with a flexible schedule: day, evening, and night shifts
• Work on-site at Culver's of Yulee, open 7 days a week (closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)
• Starting pay: $18 - $20 per hour
