Store Manager (US, excluding: CA, NY, DC)

Our team manages eCommerce artist stores and supports day-to-day online store operations. This position will primarily focus on a warehouse migration project, where inventory is being transitioned from one warehouse to another across multiple stores.

Position Title: Assistant Store Manager
Location: Philadelphia, PA(Hybrid)
Hybrid - M-TH 11-4 required in office;Friday WFH (Daily hours/Schedule is 9-6 M-F)
Expected Duration of Project: 3+ Months Contract role with Possible Extension

About the Role:
Our team manages eCommerce artist stores and supports day-to-day online store operations. This position will primarily focus on a warehouse migration project, where inventory is being transitioned from one warehouse to another across multiple stores.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• General eCommerce store maintenance
• Product setup and updates
• Managing and supporting warehouse inventory migration
• Monitoring product and inventory data with strong attention to detail
• Handling repetitive auditing/sweeping tasks
• Communicating with store management teams and answering operational questions
• Completing weekly step-by-step tasks and project goals to support successful warehouse transitions

 
Required Skills:

• Shopify experience is required
• Basic Excel knowledge (extracting, reviewing, and saving information)
• Experience with Monday.Com is a plus, but not required

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Prior eCommerce experience required
• Music industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple products and data points
