A combination of education and experience will be considered.A passion for leading people and building strong, motivated teams.A deep commitment to delivering best‑in‑class customer experiences that reflect Coach's heritage and values.Strong business acumen with a focus on results and operational excellence.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and clarity.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with retail systems like labor management, inventory, and sales reporting tools.Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the market place; curiosity for digital engagement and social media.A collaborative spirit and the ability to build strong vendor and community relationships.Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.Strong English language proficiency.
