A retail hosiery boutique is looking for a responsible and capable Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations
- Recruit and hire staff as needed to ensure the store is properly staffed
- Manage and schedule store employees
- Train, supervise, and support staff
- Assist customers and provide excellent customer service
- Keep the store organized, stocked, and presentable
- Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking
- Handle customer questions and concerns
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Make sure day-to-day tasks are completed and the store runs smoothly
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Management experience is a plus
- Responsible, dependable, and organized
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable hiring, managing, and directing staff
- Hands-on and willing to help wherever needed
- Able to take ownership and work independently
