    STORE MANAGER

    The Opportunity

Precision Tune Auto Care Lawrenceville/Sugarloaf is looking for a Retail Manager with strong business skills to run day-to-day operations at a shop built on a simple standard: care you can feel. Automotive experience is a plus, not a requirement. What matters more is a proven ability to run a retail-style operation — P&L ownership, inventory discipline, team leadership, and a customer experience that people notice and come back for.

If you've managed a retail store, service business, or similar customer-facing operation and you know the difference between running numbers and building trust, we want to talk to you.

    What You'll Own

    • Daily shop operations: scheduling, workflow, inventory, and vendor relationships
    • P&L accountability — labor, parts margin, controllable expenses
    • Team leadership: hiring, coaching, and holding technicians and service advisors to a consistent standard of dependability and hospitality
    • Customer experience from arrival to send-off, including handling escalations personally
    • Local reputation management: reviews, community presence, and repeat-customer retention
    • Safety and compliance across the shop floor

    What We're Looking For

    • 3+ years in a retail store manager or assistant manager role
    • Demonstrated ability to read and manage a P&L, including labor, margin, and controllable expenses
    • Strong inventory and vendor management skills
    • A track record of building teams that stick around and perform
    • Someone who treats "customer service" as an operational discipline, not a slogan
    • Comfortable holding people accountable without losing their respect
    • Local to the Lawrenceville/Sugarloaf area or willing to relocate

    What We Offer

    • Competitive base plus performance-based incentives
    • A shop culture built around hospitality, safety, and dependability — not race-to-the-bottom pricing
    • Real operational support: this store runs on documented systems, not guesswork
    • Room to grow within Grimaud Enterprises' broader store network
