You provide excellent customer service by maximizing resources and capabilities to support and achieve the companys growth and financial goals. You are the driving force of the team and value safety accuracy and professionalism . Responsibilities and requirements • Assesses store area potential and develops annual store business goals to ensure continued development of current business and the addition of new business. • Responsible for store yearly sales gross profit and net contribution forecast. • Supervises inside sales - develops strong internal working relations creating partnerships to resolve conflicts between employees or departments. Assists in vacation scheduling and branch staff training. • Processes end of day sales report daily deposits open orders and confirmation of all tickets. • Manages and monitors store inventory and properly merchandise goods in the retailbranch store. • Effectively advocates questions and listens to acquire information on needs wants position and interests of the customer. Represents the Company and proactively maintains customer relations. • Stays aware of current products services and industry trends. • 3 years of sales or related experience in the compressed and medical gases industry. • Strong computers skills experience with FACTS and Microsoft Office products to include Word Excel PowerPoint and internet searching. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Spanish bilingual is strongly preferred . • Ability to lift 75 pounds. • Class A or B CDL drivers license preferred • Excellent driving record and ability to pass pre- employment screenings.
