ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Drive store performance to meet and exceed established sales standards
Recruit, develop and retain an effective store team
Monitor and ensure total customer satisfaction
Create, manage, and execute plans to increase sales and profits
Manage and execute plans to achieve store account management standards
Manage store performance by budgeting and analyzing various reports
Manage store inventory by ordering, receiving and transferring products to ensure revenue and profit growth
Organize daily activities including scheduling coworkers to meet needs of the store
Manage and secure the assets of the store
Assist with customer deliveries and merchandise set-up when needed
Any other duties assigned by the Regional Manager
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
MUST be bilingual in Spanish
Two years of assistant management experience preferred
Profit and Loss experience preferred but not required
Heavy lifting required
Computer proficiency in a Windows operating system
Must be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid High-School Diploma or Equivalent
Possess a valid state Driver’s License
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Be legally permitted to work in the US
Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle records check
