We innovate across categories such as accessories, swimwear, and sleepwear, and reach millions of people with global campaigns.Work Schedule / LocationAvailable to work a minimum of 40 hours per weekDaily open availability across a full 7‑day work weekAble to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, & holidays if required to meet the needs of the business)Store ManagerThe Store Manager leads and executes all efforts required to achieve individual store goals, reporting directly to the Regional Director.Job ResponsibilitiesMeasure and monitor sales performance, taking action to improve business performance when neededOwn operational execution of the store to achieve necessary revenue targets while balancing budget and expensesUse a high level of business acumen to understand business drivers and opportunities and build solutionsConsistently meet and exceed store sales goalsDrive the execution of an elevated client experience as a brand ambassador, embodying brand values and educating customers on sustainabilityLead the sales floor and deliver an excellent customer experience through a customer‑first mindset, building loyal client relationshipsAssist customers and monitor client interaction with the team and technology, providing in‑the‑moment coaching for continuous improvementCreate an optimal balance of sales and service by scheduling the right people in the right place at the right time while achieving payroll goalsDeliver and maintain extraordinary customer experience NPS scoresUphold consistent inventory accuracy and controls in store; lead and train the team to ensure consistent deliverablesContribute to loss prevention, set expectations, and own training for the store teamEnsure facility maintenance, presentation, and organizationLead merchandising presentation and concept standards, utilizing retail & product reporting to strategize for customer experience and business productivityProvide real‑time and weekly feedback on product and sales performance to corporate partners to influence allocations and success of the businessEnsure the selling floor reflects brand and concept standards at all times, training support staff and developing talent in visual and digital merchandisingManage the day‑to‑day performance of the retail teams, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experienceBe accountable for hiring, training, and development of the store team across all areas of the businessProvide performance feedback to ensure growth, change, and results; understand current culture and areas for improvement, working with the Regional Director for continuous improvement through activations, recognition, and thorough communicationOwn reviews, development plans, disciplinary action, and corrective action for the teamQualificationsMinimum of 5 years retail experience requiredMinimum of 4 years retail management experience requiredExperience working with a sales or retail organization and/or an operationally intensive businessAbility to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team environmentStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalitiesThe drive to take on new challenges with self‑motivation for continuous personal and team developmentThe ability to set clear objectives and inspire the team to reach their highest potentialAbility to set the standard for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems to maximize team and business results, and identifying opportunities for improvementThe skills to collaborate strategically with cross‑functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomesA proactive and entrepreneurial sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important workA keen eye for identifying and evaluating new business opportunitiesUnderstanding of retail labor lawsGSuite experience is a plusCompensationBase salary range: $70,000 – $125,000 per year, depending on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
