- interview and hire top talent from our communities
- coach and develop pioneers within our company

- teach pioneers about products, processes, and best practices
- maintain cleanliness and organization of both store and yard to ensure a safe environment for customers and pioneers
- collaborate effectively with other managers to problem solve, share best practices, and identify product “winners” to bring to all stores
