Store Manager

As S.W. Collins Company continues to grow, we are looking for talented, motivated individual to lead our winning team in Houlton! Individuals with retail management experience, vocational training in any trade or the "know-how" to conquer home repair projects, and/or who enjoy working with people are encouraged to apply! Our store managers work directly with our customers and pioneers to ensure we are fulfilling our company mission.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• interview and hire top talent from our communities
• coach and develop pioneers within our company
• foster a positive work environment centered around our company values
• teach pioneers about products, processes, and best practices
• maintain cleanliness and organization of both store and yard to ensure a safe environment for customers and pioneers
• collaborate effectively with other managers to problem solve, share best practices, and identify product "winners" to bring to all stores
