Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily supervision of store operations ensuring smooth workflow
- Manage resources including stock, staff, and sales to maximize profitability
- Recruit, train, and appraise staff to build a talented and motivated team
- Handle customer complaints and queries with a courteous and friendly approach
- Maintain financial and statistical records and manage budgets effectively
- Set and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
- Prepare promotional displays and coordinate with management on store initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence in decision-making
- Excellent organizational, verbal communication, and numerical skills
- Resourceful, enthusiastic, and able to show initiative
- Proficient in IT and executive problem-solving skills
- Ability to set a positive example and foster teamwork
- Have a strong ability to handle high volume restaurant
- Has the desire to work side by side with the team (this is hands on leadership)
