- Customer Fashion: Deliver an exceptional service experience by understanding and anticipating fashion needs, building lasting relationships with our Hemline customers, and introducing them to the latest trends.
- Visual Fashion Storyteller: Ensure our store reflects the high standards of the Hemline brand. From floor set-up to online presence, you'll help create a shopping environment.
- Team Fashion Leader: Identify talent needs and contribute to the recruitment and development of our fashion-forward team. Your guidance will foster their growth, ensuring our team works well together
