ASSISTANT MANAGER / STORE LEAD

Ready to lead more than a shift?

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager (Store Lead) to partner with our Store Manager and help lead one of our busiest locations.

This is a true leadership role. You’ll help shape our culture, develop Shift Leads, coach the team, drive results, and help create an environment where people genuinely want to work.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Store Manager to lead daily operations
• Coach, develop, and support Shift Leads and Baristas
• Give feedback and hold the team accountable
• Help build a strong, positive team culture
• Support scheduling, training, and team development
• Lead calmly and confidently through busy shifts
• Drive great customer service, sales, and store performance
• Lead by example and jump in wherever needed
