Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store supervision including stock, staff, and sales management
• Recruit, train, and appraise staff to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
• Manage budgets, financial records, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints and queries with a courteous and accommodating approach
• Set and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and promote brand trust
• Prepare promotional displays and liaise with management on store performance
