Pay: $55,000-$60,000 Base

Position Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for leading daily store operations, driving business performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing team development, and ensuring operational excellence. This role provides strategic leadership while maintaining accountability for financial performance, staffing, compliance, and facility standards.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Business Performance

  • Lead all aspects of store operations.
  • Establish and communicate daily and long-term performance goals.
  • Monitor sales, service, and operational performance metrics.
  • Support local marketing, community outreach, and business development initiatives.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective planning and execution.

Customer Experience

  • Foster a customer-focused culture and lead by example.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer experiences.
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively.
  • Maintain operational readiness to support scheduled services and activities.

Operations & Financial Management

  • Oversee scheduling, labor management, and operational compliance.
  • Review reports, audits, inventories, and operational metrics.
  • Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and equipment readiness.
  • Manage store expenses and resource utilization responsibly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Facility Oversight

  • Monitor and maintain store all equipment and systems.
  • Coordinate troubleshooting and issue resolution as needed.
  • Ensure operational environments meet established quality standards.
  • Support implementation of new systems and operational initiatives.

Team Development

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop team members.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and shift briefings.
  • Develop employees for increased responsibility and future growth opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting proficiency preferred.
