Main Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations with attention to detail
• Manage resources including stock, staff, and sales
• Recruit, train, and appraise staff performance
• Maintain financial and statistical records
• Handle customer complaints and queries with care
• Set sales targets and motivate staff to achieve them
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Prepare promotional displays and materials
• Liaise with management regarding store performance and staff benefits

Key Skills & Qualifications

• High school degree required
• Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational, numerical, and IT skills
• Confidence, resourcefulness, and enthusiasm
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
• Commercial awareness and executive decision-making
