Main Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations with attention to detail
- Manage resources including stock, staff, and sales
- Recruit, train, and appraise staff performance
- Maintain financial and statistical records
- Handle customer complaints and queries with care
- Set sales targets and motivate staff to achieve them
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare promotional displays and materials
- Liaise with management regarding store performance and staff benefits
Key Skills & Qualifications
- High school degree required
- Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational, numerical, and IT skills
- Confidence, resourcefulness, and enthusiasm
