Feng Cha is seeking a dependable and motivated Shift Manager to support daily store operations and lead the team during assigned shifts. If you enjoy leadership, take pride in operational excellence, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role may be a great fit.
At Feng Cha, we focus on more than just drinks—we create a warm, welcoming teahouse experience for our guests. As a Shift Manager, you will help ensure smooth operations, high service standards, and a positive team culture while working alongside baristas on the floor.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the team during assigned shifts
- Ensure quality, speed, and consistency of drinks and service
- Assist customers and handle guest concerns professionally
- Train and coach baristas during shifts as needed
- Monitor cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Communicate effectively with store management
- Step in where needed to support the team and daily operations.
- 2 more stores to open and this person can transition to regional manager in a few months.

What We're Looking For
- Passion for milk tea, tea culture, or food & beverage culture
- Leadership or food service experience preferred
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to ~40 lbs
- Availability for day and/or night shifts
