About the Role

East Coast Appliance is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our retail sales team. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet and exceed revenue goals
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a high-quality in-store experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked showroom
• Train team members to build strong product knowledge and selling skills
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvementCompensation & Benefits

• Base salary + commission (uncapped earning potential)- $55k+
