Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a motivated team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet café goals
• Manage daily operations including food, beverage, equipment, and property maintenance
• Develop and monitor financial plans, control labor and expenses, and analyze variances
• Hire, train, and support café staff and management for consistent high performance
• Conduct regular meetings to review performance and motivate the team
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
• Resolve guest concerns with care to guarantee complete satisfaction
• Drive revenue growth through creative sales and marketing strategies

Qualifications & Skills

• 2-3 years of progressive management experience with staff supervision
• Strong profit and loss management, sales, and marketing skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for empowering and developing team members with high emotional intelligence
• Flexible and upbeat work style with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration
• Knowledge of POS systems and food safety certification within 30 days of employment
• Commitment to Paris Baguette’s mission, vision, and brand culture
