Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of running a Shane Co. store including customer satisfaction, a positive work environment, staff development and all store operations in accordance with all company standards, guidelines, and expectations. You will be leading a competent and hardworking team and have the power to develop the store as well as your teammates.

Responsibilities
The Store Manager has overall responsibility for ensuring all activities are personally carried out or delegated appropriately, with follow-up. Overall accountability for all areas of the store is the Store Manager's responsibility. The Store Manager is expected to be cognizant of all Company policies, procedures, and practices in order to ensure appropriate compliance. Daily responsibilities may include:

Base Pay range for this role is $100,000-$115,000/annually, which applies to this specific role in this location only.

Though weekend and evening availability is required, we are closed when most retailers are open (with 7 paid holidays each year for most staff), and our hours are much more enjoyable than many retailers. (Monday to Wednesday 10 AM to 7 PM, Thursday to Friday, 10 AM to 8 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM and Sunday noon to 5 PM are the hours we are open to customers.)
